These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website, including customers, trade customers, browsers and anyone submitting an enquiry or placing an order.
Online Store
The Apex Parts Store supplies automotive parts, accessories and related products, with a focus on American vehicles including RAM, Ford, GM, Chevrolet, Dodge, Jeep and other related makes.
Products listed on our website may include stocked items, supplier-stocked items, special-order items and items available by enquiry only.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information, pricing, images, descriptions and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, update information or cancel orders where necessary.
Product Information and Fitment
Automotive parts can vary depending on model, year, build date, engine, transmission, market, trim level and VIN.
Apex Parts Hunters will take reasonable steps to assist with part identification and fitment confirmation where information is provided. However, customers are responsible for ensuring that all vehicle details, VINs, part numbers, photos, measurements and fitment information supplied to us are accurate.
Where a customer supplies incorrect or incomplete information, Apex Parts Hunters is not responsible for incorrect parts being ordered or supplied, unless required by law.
We recommend confirming fitment before ordering, particularly for special-order, electrical, electronic, body, trim, mechanical or vehicle-specific components.
Orders
By placing an order through our website or accepting a quote, you agree that:

- You understand that some parts may be special order or supplier-dependent.
- You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout or on the accepted quote.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices may include GST where applicable. Any freight, handling or additional charges will be shown at checkout, quoted separately or confirmed before dispatch where manual freight quoting is required.
We reserve the right to update product pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already accepted and paid, unless there has been an obvious error.
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Special Order Parts
Some parts are ordered specifically for a customer from local, interstate or international suppliers.
All parts ordered in specifically for a customer are treated as special-order items.
Once a special-order item has been ordered from the supplier, it is non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied information, cancelled jobs, no longer required parts or customer ordering errors, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Special-order lead times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, freight delays, customs processing, backorders or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Stock Availability
Stock availability shown on the website is provided as a guide. While we make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels accurate, discrepancies may occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss available options. These may include waiting for stock, supplying an alternative part, placing a special order or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, product type, stock availability and freight network conditions.
Apex Parts Hunters is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will assist with delivery enquiries where possible.
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information. Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected, resent or returned due to incorrect delivery details.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Apex Parts Hunters does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, customer ordering errors, cancelled jobs, no longer required parts or incorrect customer-supplied information.
Special-order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
Apex Parts Hunters passes on the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty for parts supplied.
Warranty terms, claim periods, assessment requirements and outcomes are subject to the relevant supplier or manufacturer warranty process.
Apex Parts Hunters provides a parts-only warranty. We do not provide labour warranty and do not cover labour, installation, diagnostic charges, towing, vehicle downtime, loss of income, programming costs, removal costs or other associated costs unless required by law.
Any warranty claim may require the part to be returned for supplier or manufacturer assessment before a remedy can be confirmed.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms of Service, our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy or any other policy is intended to exclude any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Parts Hunters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.
